Jay Sebben

Jay Sebben

President & CEO

Jay has 15 years of experience providing strategic leadership to technology and professional services firms. After starting as a consultant in KPMG's technology practice, he joined True North Communications' corporate development team. Jay then founded Fultonbridge Partners to provide strategic advisory services to growing companies. Jay earned his B.B.A. in accounting with an emphasis in entrepreneurial finance from the University of Iowa and is a CPA.

 
John Coblentz

John Coblentz

COO & EVP

John has more than 30 years of experience in managing technology, financial and manufacturing companies including 12 years as COO at EDC Technology. His role at EDC is to help plan and execute enterprise-wide projects including the acquisition of new companies and technologies. John earned his bachelor's degree in engineering at the U.S. Air Force Academy, his M.S. in econometrics at Georgetown University and his J.D. in law at George Washington University.

Joe Wright

Joe Wright

VP of Sales & Marketing

Joe is a new business development, marketing and strategic planning professional with more than 20 years of experience. His strengths are in integrated marketing technology services and developing online video solutions for the education and manufacturing sectors. In 2011, he sold his video marketing and production firm to EDC that he owned and operated for 20 years. Joe graduated from the Indiana University School of Business.

 
Roberta McCowan

VP of Client Services

Roberta has more than 30 years of experience in information technology including systems development, training, audit and client services. Adam Fendelman

Adam Fendelman

VP of Technology

Adam has founded, co-founded and managed various technology companies since 2000. He has written about technology for the New York Times Company. At EDC, Adam's role is to continually improve the company's technology products, services and processes. He earned his bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Director of Finance & HR

Carolyn joined EDC Technology in 2002. She is responsible for the company's financial reporting, financial planning and human resources. Carolyn brings more than 10 years of experience as a CPA. Jerry Kosek

Jerry Kosek

Director of IT

Jerry manages hosting services for various EDC product offerings, is responsible for IT services and is involved with product development. He has been with EDC since 1998 and has more than 16 years of experience in networking, communications and database technologies. He has a bachelor's degree and master's degree in science and engineering from Illinois State University and holds multiple industry certifications.

Director of Sales & Services

Bethany has 18 years of software sales, service and product development experience. Her strengths are listening and evaluating prospective client needs and finding solutions that improve their operations. Bethany is a proud Spartan of Michigan State University with a business degree from the Broad College of Business.
